Strengthening and connecting communities for adults across Northfield.
The purpose of the neighbourhood network scheme is to ensure:
- Citizens over 50
- And adults with long term disabilities
Can access community-based support near to where they live, that improves their well-being, quality of life, and maintains their independence in their own home
Northfield NNS aims to do this by supporting and encouraging community-based groups and early intervention services to thrive.
Northfield NNS currently works with over 200 local assets to help them deliver a wide range of community services and activities across Northfield constituency.
